India’s first WTA tour event has been shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The event will be hosted in the new venue from February 13 to 19.
The announcement was made by Chief Minister Singh in the Bangalore. Singh along with tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi was interacting with media persons in the city.
Bangalore is all set to host the WTA Tier III tournament claimed to be the first of its kind in the city and second in the country.
