These are the factors that effect the persons health in a great manner.
Now what are the symptoms of mental disorder:–
1.Cutting nails is the biggest thing that is seen in every third person.It is the symptom of Anxiety.
Anxiety is nothing but it is a mental state when you tend to get excited when what thing will happen??
2.Depression is another factor which is influencing new generation.Depression is the state of a person when the person feel lonely and don’t feel any need of getting interacted with anybody.If you feel that your kid is not getting interacted with anybody, and tries to be alone, doesn’t like to get interacted with anybody then this is the symptom of depression and care should be taken that he should not be left alone.Try to make him happy and never leave that kid alone.If needed consult a doctor.
3.Suicide cases are getting common, that can be done in depression / stress and then it leads to suicide case.
Don’t try to force your kid to do anything, moreover don’t put your views always in front of that kid whose mental state is not alright.
4.Investigate his/her activities and do lead that kid to the right path and tell which things are right and which are wrong..
Now, seeing all these factors one should keep this thing in mind that mental disease and mental disorders are totally different.The difference is that when we say mental disorder means that the brain is not working properly, when we talk about mental disorders it means that these disorders can be overcome.
Alcohol and Drugs are those addictive products that once taken will lead to addiction and spoil the life of the addicted person. If taken in access leads to the mental disorders (like depression, stress, neurological problems etc). This effects the social life as well as personal life.
Over coming stress:–
YOGA or any other exercise is a very relevant way of staying healthy.Remain out of stress in any strategic condition is also a way of good mental life. Doing Exercise also makes mental health up-to-date.
Moreover we should consult a doctor, instead of being themselves doctors…..
