The 2 day event would be a major conference focusing on the needs of the I.T. industry; this would be organized in collaboration with NASSCOM. E-Governance and I.T. for society would also be in focus to further the ways in which information and communication technology (ICT) can deliver more towards making the process of government a faster, fairer and friendlier one. This will be in consultation with TiECON, New Delhi and the Band of Angels.

Chandigarh Administration has been making a conscious effort to promote Chandigarh in the Knowledge Sector and the city has seen a rapid increase in activities in the field of financial services, IT Services, Insurance Services, Hospitality, Health and Education services. The event would be a unique platform for the State governments and UT Administration to address the common agenda, creating value in the business ecosystems for IT industry
