Indian Consulate office start functioning from Jan in Karachi
Indian Consulate office in Karachi would start functioning from January, an Indian diplomat posted at the Indian high commission in Islamabad.
The demand for re-opening of the consulate had been coming from both the sides, India and Pakistan, since the two countries began exchanging confidence building measures (CBMs).
Indian government had finalised the arrangements for the restoration of the Khokhrapar-Munabao rail link.
